Milan Chen, PhD candidate at the Chair of Environmental and Climate Policy, received the Harvard University Post-Graduate Research Fellowship offered by the Bavarian American Academy and Harvard Club München e. V.. She will carry out her research project looking at the EU-US cooperation on climate change after Paris. She will also engage in the research activities at the university and facilitate academic exchange between TUM School of Governance and Harvard.
