Study and Research Interests
Margareta Maier was employed as a student assistant at the Chair of Policy Analysis at the School of Politics, Technical University of Munich, from October 2019 to March 2021.
After her cultural policy volunteer service at a secondary school in the Hungarian city of Pècs, she initially studied media informatics for two semesters at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. In October 2018, she transferred to the Technical University of Munich to study political science. Her primary focus is on the field of data science.
In addition to her studies, Margareta gained practical experience in internal corporate communications within the IT department at Siemens. In her free time, she is involved in pastoral care for children and young people as a volunteer telephone counsellor at the "Nummer gegen Kummer".
