Study and Research Interests
Sarah Kluge will work as a student assistant at the Chair of Policy Analysis at the School of Politics at the Technical University of Munich from April 2020 to September 2021.
As part of her second degree, she began her Bachelor's in Political Science at the Hochschule für Politik München in October 2018. Her main focus is on the environment and sustainability, in particular the sectors of energy and transport as well as urban planning. She completed her first Bachelor's degree in Ethnology at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in January 2020. Her final thesis dealt with the situation of visually impaired refugees in Munich and Würzburg.
In addition to her studies, Sarah has gained practical experience at the Munich Office for Housing and Migration, Stockholm University and the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy. As a scholarship holder of the TUM: Junge Akademie, she works in an interdisciplinary team to raise awareness among Munich residents about their transport habits and their impact on the environment.
