On 05.12.2019, we welcomed Prof. Henry Farrell, winner of the Friedrich Schiedel Prize for Politics and Technology 2019, to our Munich Talks series. In his speech, Prof. Farrell showed how powerful states exploit the dependencies of other states on technologies or other products in political conflicts.
