Nikolay contributed his expertise to the Research Working Group on Thursday, October 23rd, where he presented his latest findings from research conducted in Kazakhstan, offering valuable insights from the Central Asian context. He participated alongside other international researchers including Kristian Møller (Independent Researcher, Copenhagen), and Cinta Folch (CEEISCAT, Catalonia). The working group focused on collectively building transformative research responses based on rights, autonomy, and lived experience.
The conference took place at the Centre LGTBI de Barcelona (at Carrer del Comte Borrell, 22) and was livestreamed on ONG Stop’s YouTube channel (@stoponglgtbi), making it accessible to a global audience.
