A review of the second Kretschmann government 2016-2021
After the first Green-Red state government in a German federal state from 2011 to 2016 in Baden-Württemberg, Winfried Kretschmann led a Green-led state government for the second time from 2016 to 2021 - a cross-camp Green-Black Kiwi coalition. This government constellation is also unique in German history so far. The anthology analyzes how this change of government from Green-Red to the self-proclaimed Green-Black complementary coalition has affected the policies enforced in the various policy fields.
