Explore the question "Can Tech unlock World Peace?" with a keynote & interactive World Café featuring Dr. Martin Waehlisch from the UN.

Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking evening as we explore the question, "Can Tech unlock World Peace?" On March 1st, 2023, from 4.00pm to 6:30pm, we will be hosting a keynote presentation by Martin Waehlisch from the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs.

After the keynote, participants will have the opportunity to engage in an interactive World Café, where they can delve deeper into relevant questions and share their perspectives in small groups. This is also a great opportunity to network with experts from the TUM ecosystem and other attendees, which can continue over complimentary coffee, tea and snacks during the subsequent networking session.

This event is open for students, members of the TUM ecosystem and TUM friends. Don't miss this opportunity to be a part of a dynamic conversation and connect with like-minded individuals.

About Dr. Martin Waehlisch: Dr. Martin Waehlisch leads the Innovation Team in the UN Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs (UN DPPA), an interdisciplinary team dedicated to exploring, piloting, and scaling new technologies, tools, and practices in conflict prevention, mediation and peacebuilding. He has supported peace processes around the world and has published widely on international conflict resolution, emerging technologies and futures thinking.
