Henrike Sternberg receives dissertation stipend by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Scholarship Foundation). In her dissertation, she examines the relation between individuals' social preferences and their cooperative behaviors in different contexts. In the next two years, Henrike will predominantly work on her job market paper, which utilizes primary data to investigate intra-household fairness preferences and social norms about son preference in Indian households.
