The 'Sookmyung Global Exploration Project' is designed to give students the chance to visit higher educational institutions worldwide, pursuing their own projects that enhance international educational exchange and deepen mutual friendships. Faculty and students form teams for these projects, fostering global leadership and a deeper understanding of their respective fields.
As part of this initiative, a team of six students and Professor Choi Changik visited Germany to study and survey the country's Net Zero policy. One of their stops was at our Chair, where Professor Miranda Schreurs delivered a lecture on Germany's Net Zero policy, the status of renewable energy, the University-Industry-Region cooperation model, and the role of universities and students in this context.
