George Pavlakis, a student in the HfP M.Sc. in Politics and Technology who is writing his Master's thesis at the Chair for International Relations (Prof. Tim Büthe), has won a TUM Without Borders Travel Grant for Field Research in Developing Countries.  The grant will enable him to conduct field research in Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia for his Master's thesis, which examines how changes in the international security environment, in which these countries find themselves, affect the diffusion of advanced drone technology.
