Manzura Jumaniyazova wins Best Paper Award at 18th Joint IOS/Leibniz ScienceCampus "Europe and America"/EACES Summer Academy
Manzura Jumaniyazova participated in the 18th Joint IOS/Leibniz ScienceCampus "Europe and America"/EACES Summer Academy on Central and Eastern Europe, held in Bernried on Lake Starnberg and received the Hans Raupach Best Paper Award 2026 for her paper "Gender, Birth Order, and Child Growth: Evidence from Central Asia," co-authored with Cara Ebert and Janina Steinert. This year's Summer Academy focused on "Health, Fertility and Gender Norms: Times of Crisis, War, and Demographic Change in Central and Eastern Europe."
