The four-day event brought together 20 early-career researchers from across disciplines and regions who are part of the programme’s Intensive Track for emerging female leaders in science. The goal: to foster community, sharpen leadership skills, and explore new pathways for making research impactful beyond academia.
The programme included a range of interactive formats, from leadership workshops and communication masterclasses to peer-to-peer strategy sessions and purpose-driven science labs.
As part of her doctoral work, Luise examines the digital and institutional dimensions of technology-facilitated gender-based violence and its implications for health and democratic participation. Participating in the gathering also provided an opportunity to connect her research to broader debates about inclusive leadership, purpose-driven science, and equity-driven policy design.
