Henrike Sternberg awarded with Marianne-Plehn Programme of the Elite Network of Bavaria and the German Academic Scholarship Foundation
Henrike Sternberg's areas of interest include behavioural research on prosocial behaviour and fairness in various contexts, such as the behaviour of citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic or decision-making processes in distributional issues within and between households. In this context, Henrike also investigates decision-making processes of Indian households with regard to cooperative behaviour in the presence of gender-specific norms. As part of the Marianne-Plehn Programme, Henrike Sternberg will work as a research assistant in the team of Professor Andreas Landmann (Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg) to expand her experience in teaching and research, especially in the field of behavioural and development economics.
