Dr. Claudia Schupp presented her paper "Expanding Horizons: A Randomized Controlled Trial on Adolescents' Career Information Acquisition" at the German Development Economics Conference
She and her co-authors investigate at a randomized controlled trial, which targets ninth-graders, provides information about higher education and potential career paths, and which she implemented in Northern Cambodia in 2020. The authors are interested in finding out whether the information provided is more effectively absorbed by the students if it is combined with a self-exploration task.
