Resumé
Aylin Dingil has joined the Chair of Environmental and Climate Policy at the Technical University of Munich as Student Research Assistant in May 2025. Her work at the chair focuses on the Sino-German Cooperation: Energy Transitions.
Aylin is pursuing a Master's in Bioeconomy at TUM Munich, having completed her B.Sc. in International Relations at the Middle East Technical University in 2022. She is currently writing her thesis on Climate Tech Innovation in the GCC states.
Her research experiences include positions at TUM, the American University in Cairo, TUMCS, and the TUM Venture Labs Sustainability/Circular Lab. Until April 2024, she worked as a Student Research Assistant at the Professorship of Technology and Innovation Management at TUMCS.
Aside from her academic work, Aylin contributes to the Environmental Lecture Series at TUM’s Department of Environment and volunteers with Klimabildung e.V. on research for the Public Climate School. In February 2025, she also led a Design Thinking workshop on the SDGs at the DISS as part of the Climate Talks program by the German Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
Aylin’s main research interests focus on the intersection of environmental and green industrial policy, and low-carbon climate technology innovation.
